Our trainings and conferences with horses are mainly based on the concept of Gerhard and Karin Krebs whose label is called HorseDream (www.horsedream.com), but, of course, we also work with our own concepts. The system in its thoroughly deliberation is most suitable for yielding expected results and therefore is particularly applicable for attendees who haven’t had any relation to horses so far.
At our conferences the participants are able to analyse their own behaviour in leadership and to change it if necessary.
Our trainings are offered especially to those who have to lead or are led, in which way ever.
Particularly the area of conflict between one’s own leadership on the one hand and the way to be led on the other hand plays a more and more major role for everyone of us, not only in business.
At our trainings leadership can be lived, experienced and even be enjoyed:
- As a necessity to live together in a structured way (the horse couldn’t survive in nature without any rules in leadership).
- To take much pleasure in accepting professional leadership (when duties and responsibilities are arranged within the herd and horses have confidence, they are able to graze out at feed without a hurry.).
Our trainings are especially offered at our conference farmyard in Hain or at our neighbouring partner farmyard in Hohn am Berg (Schluesselfeld, next to A3 motorway).
At our conferences we usually work with big horses (pintos, cold-blooded animals).
So they say: “Don’t be afraid of big animals”.
Surely you will be interested in knowing why we have had the idea to offer training based on horses at all, although whether Inge Neubauer nor Helmut Schiffner are really keen on riding. Andrea Staerz is responsible for our horses and riding as a whole. Her profession is agricultural engineering, focused on horse breeding.
Due to health problems, my brother - living in Ludwigsburg – couldn’t take care of his horses anymore and that’s when it all began.
Furthermore his wife Christina was absolutely sure that these two horses are really qualified for being used as therapy horses.
That was the moment when we realized that we could need qualified trainings for our staff. Over the years we’ve spent a lot of money on trainings already. But trainings with absence times for 2 days or even more did not work out really well, due to our staff structure (mainly family-minded women), or were difficult to organise at least.
